One of the biggest killers of your confidence is playing the comparison game. 

Because, almost always, we think about how we don't measure up to the person we're comparing ourselves to.

We end up feeling not good enough in so many ways.

A confidence success principle to live by is this: Run your own race. 

Think about a runner. She's not analyzing the competition while she's on the track. She's focused on her own stride, her own rhythm, her own pace.

The only competition that matters is you now compared to you of the past. And even THAT can get wonky if you don't give yourself grace when you're going through a rough patch.

So take it easy on yourself.

Don't beat yourself up, and don't compare yourself to anyone else.
