When we express our gratitude to others, it nourishes their soul and well as our own.
My bestie and I started this habit a while back called the Super Awesome Thing. Every day, we call or text each other with one great thing that happened in our day.
But I'll be honest...
Some days, it's harder than others.
Some days,
it's "I folded part of the laundry." Or "I did this one tiny thing in my business I've been putting off for weeks." Or "I didn't yell at the kids."
(Yes, some days that's an accomplishment! 🤣)
But you know what? It reminds us that, no matter how hard life can be sometimes, there's always SOMETHING to be grateful for.
