American gymnast Jordan Chiles is having the time of her life at the Paris Olympics, and it totally shows.
All throughout the competition, she did little happy dances and made silly faces. Every time she nailed a routine, she celebrated with fist pumps, "Oh yeah!"s and huge grins.
That girl knows how to celebrate!
How about you? Do you make celebration a part of your everyday life?
You don't have to have an Olympic-sized accomplishment to celebrate.
Celebrate the small wins. The everyday moments. The ordinary joys.
Do you say, "Go me!" when you keep your calm in the face of a toddler tantrum?
Do a little happy dance when someone opts into your list?
Give yourself extra reading time when the laundry finally gets folded?
Oprah Winfrey once said, "The more you praise and celebrate
your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.”
When you look for it, you see more of it.
When you celebrate your victories, small and large, your confidence increases. Your joy and fulfillment grows.
Do you have any celebration habits?
