Hey beautiful!
Have you ever over-extended yourself because you felt like you HAD to, even though you knew you'd regret it later?
Maybe you took on an extra volunteer role because there was no one else to do it, or you felt guilty saying no.
Or you stayed up way too late working on a project because a client asked you to bump up the deadline.
Or you wore yourself out, always meeting your kids' needs but never taking care of your own.
Sound familiar?
You're not alone!
One thing my clients tell me all the time is that they push themselves too hard out of a sense of obligation.
They neglect their boundaries, their needs, and their self-care to take care of everyone else.
You, , have permission to take care of yourself. Self-care isn't "Me first." It's "Me TOO."
If your best friend came to you and told you she was burned out, you'd lovingly tell her to take some time off and take care of herself.
You have permission to do the same.
Here's a video I did about giving yourself permission to meet your needs, even when you feel obligated to push through.
