Happy Valentine's Day! It's probably the day that's responsible for more marriages AND more breakups than any other.
We focus today on the love we have for other people in our lives. But what about the love you have for yourself? Do you love yourself? I mean, truly, deeply, in those can't-fall-asleep moments when we rehash all the worst parts of our lives...
Do you beat yourself up? Tell yourself what a loser you are?
You can’t give what you don’t have. You can’t successfully teach your children to love themselves if you haven’t figured that out for yourself. You can’t honestly see the good in others when you can’t see it in yourself. As a business owner, you can’t fully teach your clients to embrace the abundance in their lives if you can’t see the abundance that’s inside you.
And you can't be confident in your business - putting your offers out there, going live, showing up for your clients - when you don't know, deep down in your bones what value and awesomeness you bring to the table. When you can't be your own valentine every day of the year.
So here are 5 tips to be your own valentine. To give yourself the same unconditional love you give others. So you can be your best. For YOU, for your business, and for those closest to you.
